These draft terms govern purchases from the CreepWatch online store. Add the legal entity name, registered address, company number and VAT number (if applicable) before launch.
Products and safety
The Window Watcher is a prank decoration, not a toy or security device. Use responsibly, supervise around children, secure the product properly, and never position it where it could obstruct access, traffic or cause somebody to enter danger.
Orders and payment
Orders are accepted when we send confirmation. Prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may cancel and refund orders affected by obvious pricing errors or suspected fraud.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk passes on delivery. Contact us promptly if a parcel is damaged, missing or incorrectly delivered.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.
Liability
We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Add business-specific limitations after professional legal review.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
